Shaima Nawas is one of the Master students of Biology FSM Undip from Pakistan who dared to get out of his comfort zone to seek knowledge to Indonesia. Shaima began conducting lectures about the last year at the Undip FSM campus. Shaima gained a lot of experience while studying at Undip. The challenges faced by Shaima during academic activities are not a light matter. One of the obstacles faced is about the language of association. Shaima lives in a campus environment where the majority use Indonesian. At first, Shaima admitted that it was very difficult to communicate with Indonesian lecturers and students. With the spirit of learning and serious intentions, now Shaima has begun to be able to understand it and each student is different from each other in terms of culture, language, and behavior. Appreciation needs to be given to Shaima who is able to adapt to the social environment in Indonesia.
Shaima admitted that she will conduct research in the field of Fisheries because it has a wide scope in Pakistan and also at the international level. Hopefully Shaima can obtain Biological Sciences according to the expected field of study and successfully achieve her goals.
